AXPLORE - AXEL JOHNSON'S TRAINEE PROGRAM
Axplore is Axel Johnson’s trainee program running over 12 months, offering a unique opportunity to explore several of the companies within our group by taking part in exciting business development and renewal projects. As a trainee you will also get the opportunity to act as a mentor for an executive from one of our group companies and be offered a permanent employment at one of our companies. In return, we believe that you will bring in new perspectives, knowledge and energy to our group and question our existing way of doing things, pushing us as an organization to meet the demands of tomorrow.


HOME ORGANIZATION
As a trainee you will start the first six months of the program at your home organization, which is the company where you will be employed during the program and where you will find your next role after the program ends.
At the home organization the trainee will get the opportunity to take part in exciting business development projects and work assignments in order to learn more about their business and contribute to the group's bold 10/50-goal.

1-2 EXCHANGES
After the first six months, you as a trainee will get the opportunity to do 1-2 exchanges at other companies within our group in order to gain new perspectives and experiences. The exhanges will not only contribute to your learning and development but also contribute to increased knowledge sharing and collaboration between the companies within our group.
JOINT ACTIVITIES
Along the program the trainee will take part in joint activities together with the other trainees. The trainees will participate in learning modules, workshop sessions, company visits and social activities in order to grow and develop, share experiences and get to know each other and the group even better.
The trainees will also work together on a business challenge that aims to contribute to our 10/50-goal.

During the trainee program, you will get the opportunity to act as a mentor to an executive from our group companies in our reversed mentoring program.

You and the other trainees will participate in different learning modules covering different topics such as self-leadership, business finance, innovation methodology and agile ways of working, sustainability and diversity & inclusion.

Along the program you will meet up with the other trainees to collaborate, share experiences and work together as a group.

As part of the program you will get the opportunity to visit some of the companies and/or partner organizations within our group in order to get to know their business better but also our group as a whole.

You will also take part in different social events such as after works, dinners or other social activities.

This is all about teamwork where the trainee group gets the chance to work together on a business challenge related to the 10/50-goal. The challenge will be decided by Axel Johnson’s management team and the group company's CEO, and the result will be presented to the same group during the program offboarding.
