AXPLORE - AXEL JOHNSON'S TRAINEE PROGRAM

1-2 EXCHANGES

JOINT ACTIVITIES

  • During the trainee program, you will get the opportunity to act as a mentor to an executive from our group companies in our reversed mentoring program.

  • You and the other trainees will participate in different learning modules covering different topics such as self-leadership, business finance, innovation methodology and agile ways of working, sustainability and diversity & inclusion.

  • Along the program you will meet up with the other trainees to collaborate, share experiences and work together as a group.

  • As part of the program you will get the opportunity to visit some of the companies and/or partner organizations within our group in order to get to know their business better but also our group as a whole. 

  • You will also take part in different social events such as after works, dinners or other social activities.

  • This is all about teamwork where the trainee group gets the chance to work together on a business challenge related to the 10/50-goal. The challenge will be decided by Axel Johnson’s management team and the group company's CEO, and the result will be presented to the same group during the program offboarding.
