Axplore was initiated in 2021 as Axel Johnson's group-common trainee program. Over the years, it has evolved and transformed through collaboration with our group companies and active input from our trainees. 

This year, we aim to recruit one Management Trainee to Axel Johnson.

As our Management Trainee, you will work directly with our CEO and collaborate closely with the management team at Axel Johnson for one year. In this role, you will be at the heart of our decision-making processes and work with a broad variety of tasks. You will get the opportunity to engage in a wide range of strategic business development, day to day operations and projects where you'll gain hands-on experience across various parts of our organization. After your first year you will transition to a permanent role at one of our group companies.
